Of Baby Showers...

Well have debated on how I want to say what I want to say
 and finally decided
 oh well cant please all, all of the time
 and some will be unhappy when hung with a new rope
so just going to say and do as I please... :)
Usually do anyway cause its ME I have to look at in the mirror.

So I am Dissapointed in one of my Neices who from the day we found out about MJ has said she was going to plan and host a baby shower.  Thats NOT to say that I dont understand her reasoning... BUT I do find it some what Hypocritical.   Cause see when its MY daughter with a black guy and having a mixed baby its ok BUT when its HER daughter liking a black boy... the earth stops moving and having a shower for her cousin will send mixed messages to her daughter on HOW PEOPLE HERE FEEL about mixed relationships and children.  GAH

AM more that a little preturbed at one of my sister in laws... and for what its worth I conceed to my husband that HIS FAMILY is full  of assholes and hypocrites and sunday morning christians who have been given their last chance to insult me and hurt my feelings. 
Thats NOT to say that there are not GOOD members in the family, who are NOT hypocrites and NOT Liers and NOT assholes because there are some whom I think the world of and would do anything for but, because I CHOOSE for MY future to NOT have anything to do with the ONES then that will also end my relations with the others BECAUSE they are usually there... as in where you find one one of the others is generally there too.   GAH Freakin SHITASTIC way to feel about FAMILY ... Sigh.

so with all that being put out there...
thank God for Schlena and Pauline and Stephanie who have agreed to put together a shower that will be held at my house on the 27th of this month... one day before my baby turns 19.
I have been in a turmoil about inviting those persons i mentioned above and after much thought and talking to MJ have decided that the GOOD ones out weight the other shit and they will be invited. 
we are meeting this saturday to make the plans such as times, mailing lists and what we need to do to make this party a success... I have been to TWO in my life and have no clue so will do as I am instructed.

YOU ARE ALL INVITED IF YOU READ THIS... and of course I KNOW that MOST of my blogger buddies are
1. too far away
2 thats thanksgiving weekend
3wonderful friends who will keep us in mind for a wonderful day on that day and I appreciate that.

anyway i have more to say later but its time to go get MJ from school
she has regestered at BUY BUY BABY  and will regester today at TARGET...
I told one of my cousins who asked... IF you want to send a gift card instead of a present that Martha will be just as happy and If you only want to send her a card she loves home made ones (her dad and I caused that) anyway if you want or choose then just shoot me an email and I will give you the address and will see that she gets it on the 27th.  peach867@yahoo.com
